Rental Policies

This page summarizes how our rentals work. The rental agreement you receive when you book has the complete terms for your event, and it controls if anything here differs.

Requesting and reserving a date

• Submitting the Check Your Date form is an availability request. It does not reserve the inflatable.
• We will contact you to confirm availability and the details for your event.
• A deposit is collected at booking to hold your date.

Rental lengths and pricing

• Rentals are a half day (up to 4 hours) or a full day (up to 8 hours).
• Weekend pricing applies Friday through Sunday. Monday through Thursday rentals are 20% off the weekend rate.
• Booking more than one inflatable as a package costs less than booking each separately. Current prices are on our pricing table.

Service area

We are based in Columbia and serve the surrounding Midlands. Service outside Columbia is confirmed for each event, so please include your event address or ZIP code with your request.

Space and setup

• Dimensions are listed with each inflatable. Please allow extra clearance on all sides for safe setup and access.
• Tell us your setup surface (grass, concrete, asphalt, or indoors) when you request your date so we can confirm what will work.
• If your event is at a park, clubhouse, or venue, please confirm with them that inflatables are allowed before booking.

Weather

If weather may affect your event, contact us and we will talk through the options for your date together.

Decorations

• Balloon installations and decorative accessories shown in our photos are for styling inspiration and are not included unless separately arranged.
• Please check with us before attaching anything to an inflatable or arranging decor around it.
• Ball pit colors can be matched to your party on the Hartwell Petite and Hartwell Grand. Tell us your colors when you request your date.

Safe use

• An adult should supervise the inflatable at all times while it is in use.
• Follow the age guidance for each inflatable. The Hartwell Petite is best for ages 3 and under and the Hartwell Mini for ages 5 and under.
• Keep children of similar size together, and no shoes, food, drinks, or sharp objects inside.
• We will go over safe use for your specific inflatable at setup.
